Our Story

Word-of-Mouth Built the Business

Steve and the team at Steadfast have built their reputation the slow way — through finished jobs that led to the next recommendation, not through advertising. That's how a business ends up with 71 reviews on Checkatrade and a 10 out of 10 rating from 11 reviews on Safe Local Trades: customers who were happy enough with one job to put their name behind the next one.

We cover the full range of hard landscaping and groundworks — driveways, patios and paths, walls and steps, fencing and gates, artificial grass, pergolas, shed bases, and general groundworks — for homeowners across Peterborough and the surrounding villages.

How We Work

What Makes the Difference

Proper Foundations

Every job starts underneath the surface — correct sub-base depth, compaction and drainage falls, whatever finish goes on top.

Straight, Square, Level

Paving and walling laid and checked properly, not eyeballed — that's what keeps a job looking right for years, not months.

Tidy Site, Every Day

Rubble, offcuts and spoil cleared as we go, not left in a pile until the last day of the job.

Honest Pricing

We measure up properly and give you a price based on what the job actually needs, not a guess over the phone.
